The German Connection_Horst Kuhnert 1965_2015

Horst Kuhnert was born in 1939 in Schweidnitz - Germany and in 1962 he graduated at the State Academy of Fine Arts with Professor Heinrich Wildemann.
The 1963 year is a crucial because he moves his interest from abstract painting to sculpture and he starts to use the alabaster as medium.
In 1964 he starts to make Raumflächen reliefs and Raumkörper sculptures, both through the use of polyester.
Horst Kuhnert, member of the German Association of Artists and of the Artists Association of Baden-Wurttemberg, lives and works in Stuttgart.
