Kanalidarte project gallery is pleased to announce, joining the first edition of Brescia Photo Festival, the opening of the exhibition “Il teatro di nessuno” curated by Graziano Menolascina, who moreover will curate some projects of the next Biennale di Venezia.  A review made of artist’ photography that involves some of the most important contemporary photograph artists such as: Nobuyoshi Araki, Matteo Basilè, Vanessa Beecroft, Nikhil Bhandari, Mircea Cantor, Gregory Crewdson, Nan Goldin, Candida Hofer, Robert Mapplethorpe, Yasumasa Morimura, Steve Mc Curry, Luigi Ontani, Andres Serrano, Cindy Sherman, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Silvano Tessarollo, Michele Zaza.

Metaphorically we are faced with a theatre made of self-portraits in which characters and  situations celebrate and represent the contradictions, the worries and the interpersonal relationships in our time, the daily routine and its parody, the eroticism, the sex, the horrors of the war,  the social contrasts,  the political contraposition, the myth of the artist, the cult of personality and the death chase each other in the vanity of the photographic pose.
